Conceptually this project was about discovery.
I'm considering scrapping the current iteration and rebuilding this project as a local search engine.
I need to understand search better, but as it stands:
CORS is a big limitation to a purely client-side discovery network
Search is more useful than just browsing sites
Essentially, the goal would be to build a desktop application that uses RSS feeds as a discovery mechanism. Indexing all feed items, then grabbing RSS feeds from linked items.
There are lots of interesting features that could build on that model.
I wish I knew how to make a node graph in any gui though...
